Responsibilities

Support and enhance the governance of the first line Risk team through reporting, KPIs, benchmarking, high risk client reviews, and cross-functional product and risk forums

Support active management of risk disciplines including credit, operational and AML/compliance risk management across product and/or client portfolio

Support the development of a sound culture of managing risk throughout Enterprise Payments business by developing and enhancing training to support enterprise risk awareness, and the client escalation and resolution processes

Partner with internal and external partners to incorporate learnings from across the bank and the industry to calibrate payments risk strategies and capabilities

Leverage peers to build understanding of risk framework throughout Commercial Bank
