Responsibilities
Oversee completion of bank onboarding processes including populating Dodd-Frank bilaterals, KYC forms, and other regulatory paperwork, registering legal entity identifiers (LEIs), and coordinating delivery and execution of documents between appropriate parties
Recording trade details and managing company records
Coordinating execution and delivery of post-trade documentation between clients and other parties
Drafting invoices and recording delivery of payments
Supporting more senior team members, as necessary, through other tasks as determined on an ad hoc basis

Required
Bachelors degree
Strong proficiency in Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to track multiple and varied tasks
Personability over email and on the phone
Highly communicative and prefers working on a team
Honesty and accountability
Preferred
Experience in a back office or office administration role
Knowledge of Dodd-Frank, CFTC, and other regulations governing derivative transactions
Familiarity with HubSpot and/or ClickUp
