Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe, and methodologies (in-depth interviews, diary studies, focus groups, concept testing, or usability testing)
Lead research projects from beginning to end (define study goals, construct a research plan, recruit, gather data, synthesize learnings, and share insights)
Proactively communicate and share research findings with product teams and other audiences
Align on priorities with cross-functional partners (product management, design, engineering, and data science)
Collaborate with other researchers to build upon knowledge and synthesize perspectives
Triangulate learnings from multiple sources, including market research findings and behavioral data

Required
2+ years experience designing and conducting end-to-end product research
Experience with conducting foundational and generative research, not just tactical
Strong ability in tying research insights to product implications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Can-do attitude with a bias for action and a focus on impact
Product research experience at a consumer tech company
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
