Responsibilities

Infrastructure build Release Management for managing IaaS IaaS PaaS SaaS services by automating DevOps framework.

Develop reusable BOTs enabling Self Service autohealing MicroService Solution.

Collaborate with other support functions and ensure adherence to best practices and security controls.

Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.

Define and Develop DevOps frameworks on Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud platforms.

Identify opportunities for automation through the development of re-usable BOTs.

Coordinate with development teams on code deployment and implement automation tools and frameworks.

Provide monitoring and KPI reporting and implement cost-control strategies.
