Responsibilities

Develop 360 campaign assets and provide design direction & active support to cross-functional teams

Strategize and collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing & DTC partners to optimize and redesign new & existing collateral

Support, manage, and grow three direct reports

Oversee asset development and overarching design strategy from idea to execution

Collaborate with other creative team members to streamline campaign development across channels, executing to consistent & cohesive standards

Optimize and proactively pinpoint opportunities within the project process to boost productivity and elevate quality of executions

Provide overarching support to creative team members as necessary

Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Required

BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in graphic design and production

2+ years Corporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateral

2+ years of direct team management experience

Experience simultaneously creating site, email & paid advertising assets

Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented

Strong team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to get things done

Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills and experience

Leading / Coaching / Mentoring junior designers

High proficiency in Adobe CC Suite; including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & AfterEffects

Ability to effectively & proactively prioritize tasks

Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail

Strong production skills with the ability to take direction while collaborating with a wide variety of team members

Top notch verbal and written communication skills. Ability to gain a full understanding of the scope of each project and how to present and explain the design methodology as well as your ideas
