Responsibilities

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise applications and hosting environments.

Ensures continuous monitoring and alerting of enterprise applications for effective operation.

Responds to non-critical production issues in a timely manner to prevent critical situations.

Reports KPI's on system status and availability, with tuning recommendations.

Creates detailed design and runtime documents for solutions using new technologies.

Maintains configuration documentation, diagrams, SOPS, and other supporting materials.

Implements solutions for application automation and configuration management.

Ensures release management, change management, and quality assurance in project lifecycles.

Collaborates with various teams to provide status updates and work on strategic plans.

Provides application environment tuning and capacity solutions.

Manages production and non-production environments effectively for deployments and testing.

Leads postmortem incident response sessions for RCA and long-term remediation.

Ensures adherence to configuration and operating best practices and standards.
