Responsibilities

Customer HVP and service opportunity identification

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and roadmap

Identifying customer high value problems and proposing service solutions

Collaborating with service business units for product development and optimization

Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams for service delivery

Resolving complex tool issues using troubleshooting methodologies

Applying advanced integration, FDC, analytics, and metrology knowledge

Required

In depth knowledge of hardware and processes on one or more areas (CVD, PVD, Epitaxy), experience with 2 or more technologies strongly preferred

Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field

Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function

Advanced integration knowledge is a plus

FAB experience in leading memory or logic FAB

BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Chemistry. Advanced degree in these fields is preferred.

10 - 15 Years of Experience
