Apply Agile and Lean principles to facilitate a consistent and effective delivery process.

Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.

Organize and facilitate Scrum events, monitor progress, and remove impediments.

Required

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a similar field.

Previous experience as a scrum master for at least five years.

Knowledge and experience with SAFe/Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

Applicable knowledge of the technologies like JIRA, software programming languages like JAVA.

Experience applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
