Responsibilities
Material procurement and tracking
Supporting the change management process
Assisting with project documentation
Managing invoicing efforts for each project
Coordinating key project milestones
Tracking and posting project deliverables
Inventory support
Documenting open action items (internal and external)
Providing other project support as needed
Collecting data for status and financial reporting
Managing project documentation and control
Handling project data within client systems and tools
Providing project reports to project teams as needed
Understanding customer and vendor processes
Coordinating with vendor contacts
Completing site verification calls to customer end-user locations

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Exposure to technological (LAN/WAN) environments is a plus
Effective communication skills across multiple departments
Ability to offer solutions for process improvements
Strong tracking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with an ERP system is a plus
Relevant certifications are a plus
