Responsibilities
Review and test all web projects, features, and bug fixes to confirm design specifications and requirements are met.
Collaborate with other QA Specialists to complete test cases and verify code changes meet requirements and quality standards.
Maintain a security-first mindset in testing applications, services, and systems.
Assist in writing descriptive and accurate test cases for web projects, features, or bug fixes.
Report bugs and issues found during testing in a timely and organized manner.
Complete manual regression testing audits to ensure core features/applications function smoothly.
Investigate reported issues and bug reports to help maintain Partner.Co websites, tools, and services.

Required
High school graduate or equivalent is required (some college preferred).
1-2 years experience in manual or automated QA testing.
Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Experience with UI/UX design concepts, responsive design, and mobile-first design principles.
Automated testing experience (Playwright, Selenium, etc.) is a major plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking skills.
Demonstrated strong time management skills by completing test cases/projects on time.
Strong ability to self-motivate and think analytically.
Strong knowledge of modern web technology, including common web browsers, electronic devices used for web browsing, and social media platforms.
Set high standards of performance for oneself.
Must be a team player and have a desire to learn.
Must be able to sit or stand at a desk throughout the shift.
Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Preferred
Second language (Chinese, Japanese, Italian, French, Spanish, etc.) is a major plus.
