Responsibilities
Have full autonomy and ownership of features including high-level technical planning, feature development, deployment, and testing
Work with LLMs and build other tools that help increase the velocity of the research team
Directly work with partners and clients to construct features
Become a core member of the team and improve engineering processes, tools, and systems

Required
Collaborate with the research team to accelerate processes
Work with clients to build web platform features
Have full autonomy and ownership of features including technical planning, development, deployment, and testing
Work with LLMs and build tools to increase the velocity of the research team
Directly work with partners and clients to construct features
Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems
Preferred
3+ years of practical work experience
Experience with systems design or architecture
Experience working independently and in highly dynamic environments
Comfortable working across all levels of the software stack
Experience with Python, Django, and/or Javascript
Interest in learning about startup research
Experience working with LLMs
Must be based within a 3-hour timezone difference of Eastern Standard Time
Must not require visa sponsorship
