Responsibilities
Leads project teams through iterative development
Acts as a servant leader to the team and facilitates Agile ceremonies
Collaborates with IT, the business area and development teams to refine, organize and prioritize requests in accordance with corporate strategies and goals
Facilitates and leads individual Scrum teams in all aspects of Scrum: daily standups, planning, self-organization, collaboration and iterative development
Develops quality metrics for the benefit of the team in order to drive feedback
Mentors the project team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and helps drive them towards continuous Agile improvement

Required
Bachelor’s degree
Ten years of experience in the field of IT Projects, including three years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment or related experience
Project management, business analyst or product owner experience
Advanced understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile development techniques
Strong facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Knowledge of application development, database, infrastructure, internet, extranet and client server architectures
Strong understanding of the importance of automated testing, efficient story writing and acceptance test-driven development
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to deal with conflict, motivate and drive teams to be high performing
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master
JIRA, JIRA Portfolio knowledge
