Responsibilities
Ability to measure and photograph existing conditions of buildings and prepare documentation. Participate in schematic design drawings, design development, and creation of construction documents. Verify design compliance with local zoning codes and coordinate with consultants on engineering designs. Assist in project budgeting, prepare bidding documents, attend construction meetings, and assist in LEED documentation. Collaborate with team members, maintain positive relationships, suggest new ideas, and stay informed of industry developments.

Required
BArch or MArch degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
2+ years of experience in design.
Intermediate skills in REVIT required.
Ability to work on multiple projects in different phases at the same time and meet the associated project deadlines.
Ability to mentor new designers and summer interns.
Ability to research code provisions, products, material information, etc.
Ability to coordinate information exchange between clients, project manager, and project team.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Preferred
Enscape, Bluebeam Revu, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign operational skills.
