Responsibilities

Manage County AV/IT/DAS Vendor (AVIT) including running weekly progress meetings, providing onsite support, developing progress reports, and coordinating with the General Contractor.

Review AVIT invoices, RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals, requests for time, and provide recommendations to the County.

Provide General Contractor Construction Management Support, monitor construction schedule, and identify deficiencies.

Support Furniture Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) & Security Systems Equipment (SSE) Vendors, review invoices, assist in punch listing, and facilitate punch-listing process.

Attend project meetings, review progress, and provide reports to the County.
