Responsibilities

Work with cross functional teams to contribute to high-level strategic decisions and execute impactful product experiences globally.

Provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for TikTok creators and related projects.

Create end-to-end user flows, involve system framework construction, research on visual style, information organization, data visualization, etc.

Review product releases qualitatively and through data to ensure high-quality experiences for TikTok users.

Required

Full-stack design capability: Have both interaction and visual design capabilities, able to logically think and raise reasonable proposal based on the project background and goals. With fine aesthetic, able to implement design ideas into exquisite user interfaces.

Communication skills: With a patient attitude to listen to the opinions of all partners, clearly understand the needs. Able to accurately express the design ideas and proposals.

Exploration and innovation spirit: Work actively, have continuous work passion, creativity and responsibility, willing to explore and pursue better design;

Self-driving and learning ability: Able to independently promote project progress, have a good cooperative attitude and team spirit, willing to stay open when encountering new problems or different opinions, and actively learn and improve.

Project experience: Priority will be given to those who have both B\C mobile design experience or data visualization design experience.
