Responsibilities

PMO strategy: Lead the strategic direction of the Marketing PMO group, aligning structure, standards, processes, and best practices.
Performance management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for program management, govern marketing budget and resource allocation, and lead a team of project and program managers.
Change leadership: Lead organizational change management initiatives, communicate impact effectively, and align with desired business outcomes.
Unified program leadership: Implement frameworks for successful prioritization of programs based on corporate strategy.
Accelerate agile adoption: Champion agile methodologies across the marketing organization and provide capability development training.
Resource management: Align resources to projects, identify skill gaps, ensure proper staffing, and prevent burnout.
Risk mitigation: Identify potential risks, implement risk management strategies, and minimize disruptions.
Marketing experience: Develop a comprehensive plan for marketing experience management including onboarding processes.

Required

10+ years experience of progressive responsibility in marketing PMO or related functions
Experience creating and scaling a marketing PMO
Enterprise-level marketing organization experience

Preferred

5+ years direct people management
Global experience in regions including EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
Experience leading a marketing PMO at a B2B SaaS platform company that has scaled from $500M - $1B+ ARR
Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Confluence, and L&D software
Expert level program management and change leadership skills, with proven ability to balance collaboration with results
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across geographies and functional units
Extensive experience with SAFe, 6Sigma, Scrum, and other key frameworks, but not a purist to any one structure
Proven self-starter with low ego, high humility, high EQ and a demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
Catalyst and champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
Ability to inspire, motivate and drive teams while also providing recognition and encouragement
