Responsibilities
Review vendor documentation against user requirement specifications (URS) to ensure alignment
Perform system walk downs against P&IDs (redline any discrepancies)
Support CIP circuit shakedown / tuning efforts as a subject matter expert (SME)
Drive resolution of CQV testing issues and findings (organize meetings, generate technical justifications, etc.)
Drive consideration of “cloning” equipment designs and applications.
Generate project change controls (PCC) and drive them to closure
Monitor system punch list and drive punches to closure

Required
8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience (5+ years with CIP)
Support startup and qualification of the CIP systems as a subject matter expert
