Responsibilities
Create precise and clean graphic layouts with an excellent understanding of typographic principles.
Consistently create graphic concepts in new and compelling ways.
Demonstrate a general understanding of web & user experience standards and prioritize marketing goals into final deliverables.
Support InComm products and platforms with projects including sales support materials, client/user support materials, general marketing materials, web design, PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, web banners, emails, videos, and animations.

Required
Portfolio showing creative, design and software skills
BS or BFA or equivalent in Graphic Design or Digital Media
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer needs in mind
Experience collaborating on promotional marketing campaigns
Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting various deadlines
Ability to work on a variety of different project types
Ability to interact, inform and receive feedback from a variety of internal and external partners
Ability to stay abreast of industry and technology developments
Ability to see all projects through from conception to production and delivery
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing strategies
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of Figma and/or WordPress a plus
