Responsibilities

Plan and conduct statistical data analytics projects and/or studies to evaluate, design, and tabulate statistical sampling plans and analytical procedures and processes to support the VPC mission to provide innovative training and education to DoD servicemembers in areas pertaining to harmful behaviors (i.e., suicide, sexual harassment, domestic violence, substance abuse, etc.).

Develop qualitative and quantitative methodologies, methods of performance (MOP) and methods of evaluation (MOE) for monitoring improvement in reaching the targeted audience of DoD service members.

Apply advanced operations research and data science techniques for quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, prescriptive analysis, and optimization; and validate analysis and outcomes.

Required

Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more related experience; Master’s degree in Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics or related areas, with twelve (12) years or more experience.

Strong research skills, gathering data from multiple sources through various means, to aggregate and analyze data provide customer with recommendations.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong documentation, analytic, and communication skills, work well independently without nearby corporate support.

Strong skills with Microsoft 360, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform a plus.

Secret clearance, eligible for TS/SCI.
