Responsibilities
Lead all parts of capital project development on behalf of the Project Executive, by assembling and leading a project team through the project development arrow phases.
Set key Gate dates and develop a schedule to appropriate definition to support project goals/timelines, including aligning with possible plant outage timing.
Develop and arrange endorsement of Project Road Map with input from key stakeholders.
Plan and ensure project reviews are completed on time and to the required quality.
Ensure stakeholder alignment on project objective and strategies concept selection, overall schedule and project cost and value delivery.
Support projects virtually with site-based company personnel and/or hatted contractors to safely develop projects that meet business needs.
Monitor Contractor(s) execution against plans and specifications and participate in developing improvement plans to close gaps in performance.
Support project issue management plan and stewards' appropriate actions to resolution.

Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
Proactive and initiative-driven, anticipating client needs.
Proven track record of team building and people management.
Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of petrochemical project-related experience.
Extended periods of desk work, including sitting and computer usage.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required.
