Responsibilities
Provide senior-level administrative support to Leadership to ensure all administrative duties are handled in a professional, timely and efficient manner to assure smooth operation of the department and to assist in meeting goals. Position requires an understanding of the Executive Director’s and leader’s responsibilities and method of operation, as well as an understanding of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation organization and corporate policies and procedures. Oversee broad range of administrative activities.
Enhance leader’s effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others
Assist in special projects as directed by Leader
Work closely with leadership team, executive assistants and SLC assistants to establish standardized procedures and complete tasks

Required
Associate degree or equivalent (3 years of related work experience)
4+ years directly related experience in administrative assistance
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated experience scheduling meetings, creating appointment requests, and setting up virtual meetings (using software or technology such as WebEx)
Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check
Preferred
