Responsibilities

Develop and test information security tools, applications, and system solutions.

Oversee the design engineering and testing processes for Humana EIP products.

Design, oversee, and perform engineering tests to validate platform and product designs.

Design and implement protocols and solutions to safeguard sensitive data from breaches or attacks.

Implement relevant engineering updates to Humana's IT and information security infrastructures.

Influence department strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for project components.

Required

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of technical experience or 6 years of technical experience

5+ years of technical cybersecurity experience

Experience integrating Cyber Security technologies with existing technologies

Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbal

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred

Zscaler ZIA and ZTNA certified

Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of project sponsors and key stakeholders

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Sound business and technical acumen

Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure

Strong presentation & visualization skills

Ability to remove barriers to ensure success for initiatives

Experience with ITIL & NIST Principles

Cyber Security Certification

Experience with PowerPoint, Excel
