Responsibilities

Analyze large data sets and extract insights using various tools and technologies.

Transform data into actionable business information and make it accessible to stakeholders globally.

Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present data in an easy-to-consume format.

Work with product owners to understand key business questions and build reports to address them accurately.

Handle competing priorities, ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment on visible projects.

Develop analytic solutions to provide insights into operations and measure business impact.

Design, create, and manage large datasets, reports, dashboards, and metadata models.

Interact with internal teams to gather requirements, structure scalable data solutions, and drive adoption of new analytic technologies.

Tune query performance against large and complex data sets and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for business improvement.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience

5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience

3+ years of business or financial analysis experience

Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

Experience with Excel

Experience with SQL

Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools

Experience in working with databases, ETL and SQL in a business environment

Experience communicating analytical outcomes through written communication to both business and technical teams

Demonstrated use of analytical packages and query languages such as SAS, R, Python and SQL
