Responsibilities
Receive/review incoming work, prioritize accordingly, and contact appropriate resources as needed to meet SLAs.
Minimize risk by following all regulations and rules pertaining to operational area and report deficiencies to leadership.
Assist in the development and presentation of training.
Escalate suspected fraud to Financial Intelligence Department and leadership for resolution.
Enter transactions into PC, verify accuracy; and balance general ledger accounts/applications.
Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records.

Required
Experience in operations or banking
Ability to work 1:45 pm – 10:15 pm CST
Ability to prioritize work and meet SLAs
Knowledge of regulations and rules pertaining to operational areas
Ability to escalate suspected fraud
Experience with entering transactions, verifying accuracy, and balancing accounts
Strong problem-solving skills
