Responsibilities

Performing a variety of engineering/project management duties related to coordination, quality checks, reporting, planning, and delivering.

Assisting in leading the project team (architects and engineers) in the delivery of projects in partnership with the project director and/or project manager.

Ensuring project completion within budget, schedule, and specifications.

Reviewing contracts and sub-contracts, and assisting in managing subcontractors.

Monitoring project financials and reporting to the project manager.

Assisting in leading calls with the project team and preparing meeting minutes.

Developing and maintaining design schedules for approval.

Assisting in preparing project design review presentations.

Resolving field-initiated questions with the technical design team.

Coordinating and directing activities among the design groups.

Participating and attending design review meetings, recording meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

Coordinating the development of project deliverables with the design team.
