Responsibilities
Engaging established network and nurturing client relationships within the digital space.
Acquiring new clients in the Technology sector.
Utilizing product knowledge to position Teleperformance's services effectively in the market.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
Delivering client presentations to showcase cloud-based solutions and value proposition.
Participating in industry events and networking opportunities.
Leading contract negotiations with clients.
Collaborating with internal teams for effective communication.
Identifying market trends and competitor activities for business development strategies.
Providing regular sales reports and feedback using the TP CRM system.
Ensuring sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Monitoring client satisfaction and maintaining high customer service standards.
Developing accurate sales forecasts based on market trends.
Keeping updated on cloud-based solution selling trends and technologies.
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.

Required
Passion to sell!
Bachelor’s degree or above, focus on Business, Technology or related field preferred.
5-8 years of successful enterprise sales experience within the Technology industry, preferred.
Good understanding of CX-related digital technologies, digital transformation a plus.
Possess successful experience selling into and presenting to the highest-level decision-makers (C-level Executives).
Strategic critical thinker who also has excellent attention to detail.
Experience in pricing, contract negotiations, and proactive, thoughtful proposals.
Having business development, sales, and origination experience across multiple geographies and multiple industry verticals.
A robust network of contacts that can be leveraged to open doors and make introductions.
A good understanding of CX-related digital technologies and digital transformation knowledge is a plus.
Strong negotiation and business management skills.
Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
Strong affinity for details with the ability to be productive and accountable, as well as work under tight deadlines when needed.
