Responsibilities
Assist CEO with social media accounts and posting
Greet and assist onsite guests
Sending and receiving packages
Organizing and distributing mail
Work closely with contractors and internal staff
Answer inbound telephone calls
Meeting and event setups
Assist updating website to keep current
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Perform all other office tasks as assigned by supervisor

Required
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, previous experience in office administration preferred
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent time management and organizational skills
