Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate assigned telecommunications projects or builds to ensure they benefit and meet the business goals of the organization
Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that meet the company's goals, objectives, and culture
Oversee the progress of assigned telecommunications operations and develop effective and efficient strategies
Organize various programs and activities for an assigned project/build to improve efficiencies, client satisfaction, and cost controls

Required
Proven experience as a program or project manager
Thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods
Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
Function successfully in high-stress situations while communicating with company personnel, customers, and contractors
Self-sufficient and able to work with limited direction and supervision
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software
Proven management experience in the telecommunications industry
