Responsibilities

Migrate existing projects and workstreams from spreadsheet format into Asana or Smartsheet.

Document and outline key processes based on input from the marketing team, including Lead Gen, Email/Integrated Campaigns, Monthly Drip, Quarterly LNC, Weekly ABM, Website Updates, SEO management, Social Media Management, Digital Advertising, and Content Creation.

Organize SharePoint sites managed by the marketing team, set up subpages for ongoing projects and collaboration folders, create a new SharePoint site for the sales team, and organize all Marketing Assets on SharePoint.
