Responsibilities

Accountable for reporting activities, process improvement initiatives, and overall advancement of data access, analysis, and visualization capabilities within the Siding Products Group Supply Chain team.

Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process from daily planning execution through the 12 – 18 month S&OP horizon.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field

3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain roles such as production planning, demand planning, inventory management

Strong influencer with good written and oral communication skills

Flexible, curious, and open-minded

Ability to draw conclusions from large data sets, and present them to others to enable decision-making

Quick, concise communication of findings – support insights with clear, concise and easily understood oral and written communication

Microsoft Excel (advanced)

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, preferably SAP

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing, six sigma, value stream mapping

APICS certification (CPIM or CSCMP)

Preferred

Experience in QlikView, Power BI, Power Query
