Responsibilities

Performs, oversees, and directs product structural design and detailing including prototyping and testing.

Establishes product specifications, material standards, and testing requirements.

Develops customer details and drawings and reviews accuracy of product designs.

Provides technical support for quality standards and certifications.

Attends job sites and customer meetings to offer technical support.

Generates goals and expectations for customer projects and communicates project status.

Serves as a technical resource for product strength requirements and concrete mix designs.

Supports quality control process implementation and collaborates with product management for strategy development.

Optimizes product performance for customers to ensure lowest manufactured cost and scalability.

Concrete Products Experience3D Software (Autodesk Inventor)Structural CalculationsTravel ExpectationEIT CertificationPE Certification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Experience in concrete manufactured products for infrastructure construction

Experience with 3D software (Autodesk Inventor knowledge is an asset)

Experience reviewing and performing structural calculations

Travel is expected to be ~25%

Preferred

EIT or PE certification
