Responsibilities
Extensive experience in unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, back-end testing, and browser compatibility testing.
Applying data insights to identify customer experience issues.
Hands-on experience with Kibana querying.
Documenting and tracking defects in Agility for the development team and product owner.
Working with Business and Functional Requirement Documents to analyze and create Test Plans and Test Cases.
Supporting testing for multiple developers.
Assisting with data load/data recreation for developers.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
Coming up to speed on critical applications quickly.
Knowledge in Core Java, JDBC, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and HTML.
Experience with TSS or TSS Xpress is a plus.
Experience in test automation.

Required
6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing of Client/Server/Web Applications
Extensive experience in unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, back-end testing, and browser compatibility testing
Experience in applying data insights to figure out customer experience issues
Hands-on experience on Kibana querying
Ability to document and track defects in Agility, so understood by development team and product owner
Extensive experience working with Business and Functional Requirement Documents in analyzing and creating Test Plans and Test Cases
Ability to work under pressure and have good time management skills
Ability to support testing for 3+ developers
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to assist with data load/data recreation for developers
Self-directed, with the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of tools
Can rapidly come up to speed on a highly critical application
Knowledgeable in Core Java, JDBC, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and HTML
Preferred
Experience in test automation
Some mainframe knowledge preferred; experience with TSS or TSS Xpress a plus!
