Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute departmental events, including venue selection and catering arrangements.
Provide administrative support for official visitors and department visitors, including travel arrangements and event coordination.
Assist in communications efforts for the Program and maintain the Program's website.
Coordinate building and facilities management tasks, such as maintaining departmental keys and coordinating maintenance services.
Offer general administrative support, including mail distribution, package handling, and office supply management.
Manage department reception duties, including answering calls, triaging emails, and providing information to callers.
Maintain departmental records, manage copier codes, and update directory information on the departmental website.

Required
High School Diploma or graduation equivalent
Three years related experience
Preferred
Previous work in an academic/higher education setting
Knowledge of JHU as an enterprise
Previous experience with SAP
