Responsibilities

Implement new ephemeral development and testing environments on Kubernetes.

Lead cross-functional teams in migrating systems to modern compute platforms like Kubernetes and Cloud.

Build and configure infrastructure components using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet.

Automate infrastructure and monitoring services through scripting.

Analyze existing systems to provide technical incident recommendations.

Implement networked hybrid cloud/on-premises and virtualized web services.

Maintain varied Linux systems and services.

Required

Master’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study

Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation

Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in lieu of the Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience

Two (2) years of experience in writing scripts to automate infrastructure and monitoring services

Two (2) years of experience in producing justification for a best-path-forward technical solution for implementation

Two (2) years of experience in analyzing existing systems for recommendations as to cause and remedy of technical incident

Two (2) years of experience in implementation of networked hybrid cloud/on-premises and virtualized web services

Two (2) years of experience in maintenance of varied Linux systems and services
