Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for the fourth-floor front desk and greet all visitors in a friendly manner.
Respond to telephone calls and student inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contact.
Track and distribute UPass transportation cards and gather check-in data for reporting.
Maintain the staff directory, assist in onboarding/offboarding staff, and update office floorplans.
Train new staff on visitor management software and use SIS for student information and reports.
Collaborate with other departments and manage tasks and projects efficiently.
Communicate building policies, provide administrative support, and manage student workers.
Assist with special projects, provide feedback to students, and handle other assigned duties.

Required
High School Diploma or graduation equivalent.
Three years related experience.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree with one year of administrative experience preferred.
Experience with MS Office is strongly desired.
Experience in a professional setting and an academic environment is a plus.
