Responsibilities
Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.
Work closely with other functional areas on financial related elements, manage a program's general ledger, and monitor a program's cash flow.
Develop and drive financial forecasts, manage subcontractors, and analyze the program's revenue and costs.
Help program managers identify programmatic risks and opportunities impacting financials, recommend cost reductions, and risk mitigation strategies.
Responsible for financial performance including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly/Quarterly forecast, and FP&A activities.
Conduct month-end closings, variance/trend analyses, cash management, inventory analysis, and ensure timely submission of invoices, collections, and unbilled reduction.
Deliver Estimate at Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Status Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Price for on-contract growth.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, finance, or a related discipline and 8-12 years of experience in program financial control.
Prior defense contracting industry experience is required.
Strong understanding of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred
Knowledge of Leidos financial systems such as: CostPoint, Cognos, Fusion, and Insight.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
