Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on tech-related topics.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns to increase customer acquisition and brand awareness in the tech sector.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing performance.
Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our tech brand.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech industry, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and engaging with tech influencers to collaborate on brand promotions and campaigns.
Ad Management: Support the creation and management of paid social media ads to drive traffic and conversions.

Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A focus on technology is a plus.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of tech industry terminology and trends
Preferred
Previous experience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, particularly in the tech industry, is a plus but not required
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
