Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and delivery of internal communications across the Fluke business globally.

Manage executive communications, employee programs, change management, and leadership events.

Drive improvements to communication channels, editorial strategy, and pioneer new approaches to enhance employee engagement and talent development.

Work closely with senior stakeholders, internal comms stakeholders across other operating companies and Fortive, HR leaders, and the Head of External Communications.

Help shape the culture through strategic communications, fostering confidence and excitement around the future vision of Fluke.

Required

Proven experience in internal communications from a highly regarded company known for excellence in driving employee awareness, engagement, and culture

Strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Strategic mindset with the ability to drive tangible impact through novel communications strategies

Ability to succeed in a lean environment

Highly curious with a desire to learn and continuously improve while delivering value to the business

Preferred

Experience in executive communications, employee programs, change management, and leadership events

Experience in driving improvements to communication channels and editorial strategy

Experience in shaping culture through strategic communications

Experience in building key relationships with internal comms stakeholders across other operating companies and HR leaders

Experience working closely with senior stakeholders globally

Experience working with the Head of External Communications

Experience in software-powered workflow solutions, data-driven intelligence, AI-powered automation, or disruptive technologies

Experience in environmental, health and safety compliance, industrial condition monitoring, next-generation product design, or healthcare safety solutions
