Responsibilities

Aiding in designing, developing, deploying, documenting, and maintaining web/mobile and backend services.

Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with product, design, and architecture teams.

Translating business requirements and user interface designs into robust code components.

Implementing, testing, delivering, and maintaining solutions while ensuring comprehensive documentation.

Participating in technical feasibility assessments and estimating feature complexity.

Conducting user interface, design, and code reviews to advocate for best practices and standards.

Liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver product priorities and researching emerging technologies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

3+ years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular, etc.), preferred in a bank setting.

Strong understanding and application of software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and coding standards.

Ability to refactor codebase to improve readability, performance, and maintainability.

Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM technologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and stability.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiar with Agile methodology
