Responsibilities
Create professional relationships with internal and client teams, ensuring quality in communications and deliverables.
Collaborate with partners to develop measurement plans that meet client goals and define program success.
Manage internal and external data sources, synthesize data into insights, and present findings to clients.
Identify opportunities for program optimization, expand client presence, and participate in new business development.
Develop measurement plan frameworks and provide recommendations based on analytics methods.
Manage multiple client engagements, project workflows, and career development of junior team members.

Required
Depth of understanding of how clients use all aspects of their multi-channel marketing mix in reaching their customers
Experience managing multiple client engagements/projects concurrently, experience addressing varied needs of a diverse client pool
Project Management experience
Experience managing the career development and daily workflow of junior team members
Power-user of business IT software: MS Excel (can perform complex functions)
Literacy of business intelligence software such as MicroStrategy, Datorama
A willingness to travel as client needs dictate
Bachelor's Degree (preferably a BS in a related field) is required
7 years of work experience in data/analytics consulting or quantitative marketing/analysis (healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences experience)
