Responsibilities

Own all aspects of the product portfolio, including financial plans.

Lead the roadmap of the portfolio with cross-functional teams.

Drive Voice-of-Customer (VOC) collection and experimentation.

Build cases to support future opportunities and present to management.

Identify differentiated value propositions and partner with Marketing.

Perform competitive evaluation and market analysis.

Guide Engineering to design solutions and features.

Collaborate with other product lines for consistent progress.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field is required. MBA with relevant focus preferred.

7+ years of relevant work experience (Product Line, Engineering, Marketing) with global products. Proven experience in Semiconductor and/or Solar Energy market is preferred.

Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals, including pricing, positioning, articulating value propositions, building a differentiated strategy, understanding customer needs, and more.

Experience building product innovation pipelines and roadmaps.

Analytical & logical fact-based problem solving.

Strong communication and presentation abilities to groups, large and small.

Proactive, collaborative teammate and possesses an owner mentality

Effective at time management and priority setting.

Can travel domestically and internationally, 25%.
