Responsibilities

Develop, build, and deploy new business processes and improvements in Sales and Service Cloud platforms.

Execute day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the platform.

Recommend solutions, design and build processes and automation, and implement and improve new and existing integrations.

Work closely with every department to improve workflow, automate tasks, troubleshoot errors, and increase efficiencies.

Own changes and maintenance of sales engagement, omni-channel, digital engagement, and Salesforce side of tools and integrations.

Communicate requests, changes, and project progress to maintain cohesive relationships and system integrity.
