Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business partners to analyze processes, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions within specified timelines.
Utilize technical expertise in SQL, Python, .Net, and other development tools to create impactful solutions.
Develop and program solutions following SDLC protocols, leveraging technologies such as RPA/UI Path, Alteryx, and SharePoint Designer.
Contribute to strategic initiatives by ideating and implementing solutions that drive organizational KPIs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.

Required
Solid experience in SQL, Python, and .Net development.
Familiarity with GitLab/GitHub and DevSecOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare or related industries.
Knowledge of VBA and experience with Tableau for data analytics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
