Responsibilities
Develop and design all graphic materials for Sound Income Group's internal companies.
Create compelling B2B marketing materials aimed at financial advisors.
Design engaging B2C materials for financial advisors to use with clients and prospective clients.
Work with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
Think critically about each project to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
Translate complex marketing ideas and strategies into high-quality graphics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal creative supervision, ensuring timely delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of our graphic materials.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work in both print and digital media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to think creatively and critically about design projects and their intended use.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
Able to work outside traditional work hours when needed.
Preferred
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
