Responsibilities
Establish and oversee a high-performing FanDuel Product Transformation team; managing a small team (10) of specialists in product strategy, management, analytics & experimentation
Provide a clearly articulated vision for product transformation at FanDuel and develop strategies aligned to long term business goals
Lead cross-functional teams to research and explore opportunities in emerging technologies for delivering customer & commercial outcomes
Optimize team structures and ways of working to encourage collaboration, ideation & innovation
Collaborate with department leaders to embed a culture of innovation, learning, and experimentation within sportsbook product & pricing teams

Required
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of product management or related experience/discipline
At least 7 years of experience leading and managing a team
Strong people leader focus with demonstrable experience in driving cultural change
Demonstrable experience in delivering transformational product innovation in your industry
Exceptional communicator and influencer
Excellent organizer and collaborator
Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
Ability to take broad direction, use initiative, and translate to well-researched, actionable output
Preferred
Knowledge of sports betting domain preferred but not essential
