Responsibilities

Program Planning: Develop and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate program objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

Budget Oversight: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget constraints.

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are thoroughly evaluated and documented.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field required.

3+ years of proven experience as a technical Program Manager or in a similar role.

4+ years of experience in systems, product, or program configuration or similar role required.

Familiarity with Webhooks, understanding of API architecture, design, and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies required.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem-solving skills.

Preferred

3+ years of experience leading end to end client engineering solutions projects with technical and operational teams in a start-up or healthcare environment preferred.

Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred.
