Responsibilities
Assist the Program Manager with the Proposal Kick-off by reviewing RFP pricing requirements, developing the Work Breakdown Structure, and determining customer's proposal reporting requirements.
Review, analyze, and implement complex pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and responsiveness.
Coordinate, collect, analyze, and document cost data for proposal estimates.
Assist in developing Bill of Material (BOM) structures and compile required supporting data for compliance.
Generate detailed pricing estimates, pricing model, proposal structure, and pricing strategy for customer submission.
Support customer evaluation, negotiations, and proposal audit phases.
Assist the Program Manager in establishing program budgets.

Required
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
0-3+ years of directly related business or pricing experience desired
Exposure to FAR/CAS and familiarity with Truth in Negotiations Act preferred
Experience in Manufacturing Environment (Defense) preferred
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
