Responsibilities
Participate in business meetings to gather reporting and dashboard requirements
Translate business requirements into specifications for implementing reports and dashboards
Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team
Provide support to ensure availability and performance of reports and dashboards
Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented
Work closely with offshore teams and participate in scrum calls
Provide technical assistance and cross training to team members
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and processes
Understand Data Sources and Data Modeling concepts
Follow and implement Business Intelligence best practices and standards
Collaborate with Oracle ERP Analyst to resolve data quality issues
Handle full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Convert legacy reports with ERP development team
Provide guidance on setting up and deploying reporting solutions
Coach and mentor team members for professional development

Required
4-6 years – Experience in ODI and BI Apps (EBS)
4-6 years – Experience building complex reports/dashboards
1-2 years – Experience with OBIEE repository (RPD) for all layers
2-3 years – Experience with Data Modeling, Data Mart design, ETL Architecture
4-6 years – Experience with ODI Mappings, Interfaces, Packages, Knowledge modules
4-6 years – Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, EAM modules in BI Apps
1-2 years – Experience with implementing security in OBIEE
2-3 years – Experience in performance tuning of ETL process, reports/dashboards
4-6 years – Experience with PL/SQL to support ETL processes
1-3 years – Experience with Java programming
0-1 years – Experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud Services (OACS)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
