Responsibilities

Uncover, understand, and interpret customer needs and use cases to define product requirements aligned with the strategic roadmap.

Provide guidance and prioritization for product development teams, act as the Product Owner for software teams using Agile processes.

Contribute to commercial launch processes, including marketing positioning, internal training, and tradeshow support.

Stay updated on technical and clinical trends, assist with change management, manufacturing feedback, and field escalations.

Required

5+ years of product management, upstream/inbound marketing or product development experience, preferably in radiotherapy or in a similar medical device industry.

Proven analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.

Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred

A valuable plus would be a master’s degree in medical physics with at least 4 years relevant work experience at least 3 of which are in radiotherapy industry or a radiotherapy clinic.
