Responsibilities

Information Security Analyst will translate business requirements into reporting and metric solutions

Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues and work to ensure data consistency and integrity

Write and modify stored procedures and scheduled jobs

Query tuning and optimization

As an Information Security Analyst, you will develop net new SSRS reports and modify existing reports

Analyze data and metrics to detect underlying trends and patterns

Integrate innovative solutions involving different technologies/products and support the development of testing and acceptance of prototypes and product recommendations

Required

Experience in SQL development using SSMS, SSIS, and SSRS is preferred

Experience with data mining, monitoring, and tuning with very large data sets

Familiar with database design principles and query execution plans

Strong analytical/problem solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate solution alternatives

Strong work prioritization, planning, and organizational skills

Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal communications skills are required

Able to collaborate effectively, work closely within a coordinated team environment, and maintain composure while dealing with time sensitive deadlines or faced with system issues

Well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work

Demonstrated ability to thrive in an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum)

Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred

Solid understanding of Data warehousing and OLAP concepts is preferred

Information Security domain knowledge (e.g., tools and technologies) is preferred
